Refund Policy.

1. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any of our reports, dashboards, consulting services or other products, except where we are legally required to do so.

2. When a refund may be required

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, the consumer guarantees of any other applicable jurisdiction, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. If you believe a legal refund entitlement applies to your purchase, contact us at support@politicalbrandinstitute.com. We will assess your request in accordance with the applicable law.

3. Bespoke and enterprise services

Deposits, milestone payments and final fees for bespoke consulting, enterprise dashboard deployments and tailored intelligence engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced or costs have been incurred, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
